The Â鶹´«Ã½ State University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society in business inducted 37 new members during the 45th annual induction ceremony on Monday, April 25 at the Curris Center.

Amber Dumbuya, a student in the Doctor of Arts in English Pedagogy program at Â鶹´«Ã½ State University, has been named the 2021–2022 Teacher of the Year by the Georgia Council of Teachers of English (GCTE), a chapter of the National Council of Teachers of English.
Â鶹´«Ã½ State University’s chapter of Alpha Mu Gamma (AMG), the national foreign language honors society, along with the Japanese Club, Department of Global Languages and Theatre Arts, International Student Organization and the Horticulture Club will host the annual Â鶹´«Ã½ State Kite Festival and Plant Sale on Saturday, April 23, at the Â鶹´«Ã½ State University Arboretum
