Employee Health & Benefits Fair | October 23 | 10:30am – 1:30pm | Curris Center Ballroom

The Office of Human Resources and Racer Wellness are offering an Employee Health & Benefits Fair on Wednesday, October 23, from 10:30am to 1:30pm in the Curris Center Ballroom (3^rd Level). The fair is open to all faculty, staff, retirees and spouses. You will have opportunities for screenings (hearing, blood pressure, BMI, A1C, balance and grip) education and to ask questions of our benefits and retirement vendors while sampling healthy food options. Door prizes will be available to eligible participants!

• A1C Screenings: Available to regular full-time and part-time employees by appointment only. We are utilizing a new scheduling system.  Please book only one appointment. Please click to schedule your appointment.
• Medicare Sessions: Do you have questions about Medicare for yourself or a loved one? The Health and Benefits Fair will be offering two educational sessions on Medicare to all faculty, staff and spouses.  The sessions will cover general information about Medicare eligibility and transitioning from an employer plan to Medicare. No registration required!

  • Medicare Session | 1:30pm – 2:00pm | Curris Center Barkley Room (3^rd level)
• Flu shots will be available at the Fair for regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff at no cost.
  • Flu Shot Clinic MCCH waiver form social security number is not required on form.
