Staff Congress Meeting Minutes: Public Access Information

Staff Congress is committed to transparency and keeping the campus community informed.

  • In accordance with our bylaws, meeting minutes from each monthly Staff Congress meeting are made publicly available at least five (5) working days prior to the next scheduled meeting.

  • At that time, a draft version of the minutes is posted to this website alongside the meeting notice that is sent to the media and campus community.

  • These minutes remain in draft form until they are formally approved at the next monthly meeting, after which the final, approved version replaces the draft on the website.

This process ensures timely public access while also maintaining an accurate and official record of Staff Congress meetings.
