The College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) recognized Dr. Cindy Clemson’s 30 years of service to Â鶹´«Ã½ State University by hosting a retirement reception on Monday, May 1 in the Alexander Hall Atrium.
Â鶹´«Ã½ State University has announced the establishment of the Dr. Joe Fuhrmann Memorial Scholarship, which will benefit undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of History
The Schanbacher Character Scholarship Endowment was established by gifts to the Â鶹´«Ã½ State University Foundation, Inc. (Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation) from Dr. Eugene & Mrs. Priscilla Schanbacher to recognize and reward young people who possess high moral character; to help develop and promote higher character and integrity in student’s lives; and to provide financial assistance to post-secondary students, who may not otherwise be able to attend college.
Â鶹´«Ã½ State University has awarded a total of 18 incoming students with the prestigious Presidential Fellowship, which includes full tuition, housing and meals for up to four years at the University.
Three Â鶹´«Ã½ State University faculty members were selected to receive grants from the Giving Back Endowment’s Faculty Innovation Initiative: Dr. Kimberly Vigil, Dr. Bommanna Loganathan, and Dr. Joshua Ridley.
