All operations, including all classes, for the main campus and regional campuses will
be remote on Thursday, April 3.
The Center for Adult and Regional Education and the Department of Military Science at Â鶹´«Ã½ State University has announced two new top-level leadership roles in Â鶹´«Ã½ State's ROTC program.
Â鶹´«Ã½ State University named Dr. David Eaton, dean of the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business at the University’s Board of Regents meeting on September 3, 2021. Eaton had served as the interim dean of the college since 2019.
Dr. Chris Mitchell, Professor of Music at Â鶹´«Ã½ State University, was recently awarded the Robert K. Baar Award for Excellence in Choral Music from the Kentucky chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
Dr. Bommanna Loganathan, professor of chemistry at Â鶹´«Ã½ State University, has been accepted to the Fulbright Specialist program and will be on the Fulbright Specialist roster for a tenure of four years. The highly selective Fulbright Specialist program is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs that sends U.S. faculty and professionals to serve as researchers and expert consultants on curriculum, faculty development, institutional planning, and related subjects at overseas academic institutions.
Â鶹´«Ã½ State University’s Nonprofit Leadership Studies program has announced the appointment of Dr. Elise Lael Kieffer as the new program director.
