Â鶹´«Ă˝ recognized by Wall Street Journal in “Best Colleges in the United States” rankings

MURRAY, Ky. – Â鶹´«Ă˝ State University has been recognized as part of the “Best Colleges in the United States” list by the Wall Street Journal in the publication’s 2025 rankings.
The result of a comprehensive analysis, the rankings are based on a combination of student-centered outcome metrics including earning potential, debt levels, graduation rates and the cost of attendance.
Just last month, Â鶹´«Ă˝ State was highlighted nationally as a best value for students seeking a college degree by Washington Monthly in its “Best Bang for the Buck” rankings.
Based on its most recent data, Â鶹´«Ă˝ State awarded a record $136 million in financial aid and scholarships. Â鶹´«Ă˝ State has an expanded regional tuition rate that includes a total of 15 states across the country and also offers enhanced academic achievement scholarships to emphasize GPA for entering freshmen students.
Preliminary enrollment data indicates that Â鶹´«Ă˝ State’s fall 2024 freshman class is the fourth largest in the University’s history and the second largest in the past decade, following last fall’s record-breaking freshmen enrollment.
