College of Education and Human Services calls for nominations for outstanding educators ahead of annual Sparks Lecture

MURRAY, Ky. 鈥 麻豆传媒 State University鈥檚 College of Education and Human Services will host its annual Sparks Lecture on Tuesday, April 29 in the Alexander Hall auditorium, room 240. This year marks the 40th edition of the Harry M. Sparks Distinguished Lecture Series. Outstanding educators will also be recognized.
Following the lecture and award presentations, a complimentary dinner will be served in the atrium. The event is free and open to the public, but anyone planning on attending should RSVP.
The categories for the Outstanding Educator Awards are as follows:

Outstanding Early Childhood Educator - includes head-start and preschool educators

Outstanding Elementary School Educator - includes all elementary school educators

Outstanding Middle School Educator - includes all middle school educators

Outstanding High School Educator - includes all high school and career and technical education educators
