Upward Bound - Henderson
Upward Bound is for high school students who want to attend college or vocational school after their high school graduation. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education. Upward Bound is funded through the Department of Education.

Upward Bound Henderson serves students attending Henderson County High School. Upward Bound provides free access to tutoring, college tours, help applying for scholarships, ACT help, a monthly stipend, and more!

Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for Â鶹´«Ã½ State Upward Bound Henderson a student must:
- Attend Henderson County High School
- Be a U.S. citizen
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Meet income guidelines OR be a First-generation student (neither parent has a college degree)

Upward Bound Benefits
